1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winblx ("winblx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winblx.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

winblx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Player Account on winblx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winblx enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with the standards of internationally licensed online gambling operators and applicable jurisdictional norms for Malaysia.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of another individual, or by corporations or legal entities, are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of winblx or any of its affiliates, partners, or software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by winblx.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

winblx reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any balance held in an account that is closed on eligibility grounds will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and the terms of any applicable licences.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each eligible individual is permitted to register one (1) Player Account only. Multiple accounts, whether created intentionally or through oversight, will be merged or closed at winblx's discretion, with associated balances subject to review.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and at any other time winblx deems appropriate for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, you may be required to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie photograph holding your primary identity document; and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed to winblx's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winblx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity that occurs under your Player Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of any suspected breach.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your acceptance of and ongoing compliance with these Terms, winblx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: participation in licensed gambling activities offered by winblx. You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Player Account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• You will not use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any money laundering or terrorism financing activity;
• You will not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place wagers without human involvement, unless explicitly permitted by winblx in writing;
• You will not exploit any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds for financial gain; and
• You will act in good faith towards winblx and other players at all times.

winblx makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond winblx's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. winblx shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winblx Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Player Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit authorisation;
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Using any software tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform's software, code, or game logic;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises Platform security or integrity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Player Account on your behalf for commercial or professional gambling purposes.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

winblx accepts deposits via a range of payment methods supported for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a general minimum of RM30 per deposit. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account level and may be adjusted based on verification status and VIP tier.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. winblx does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified and your account must be in good standing with no pending disputes.

Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus credits must be met before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing times and limits.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 10–30 minutes depending on network conditions. These are estimates only and may vary.

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. winblx reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts following appropriate notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed following the same period of inactivity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

winblx offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of non-withdrawable Bonus Credits unless expressly stated otherwise. Bonus Credits may only be converted into withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of the stated wagering requirement.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• winblx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonus claims will be honoured subject to their original terms.
• Where winblx identifies bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to extract bonus value — winblx reserves the right to void associated winnings and remove the Bonus Credits from the account.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (currently up to MYR 688 at a 2% rate) applies only to deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC and is subject to the wagering terms specified in the cryptocurrency promotion terms.

9 Betting Rules & Disputes

All wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific game rules or sportsbook betting rules applicable to the product in question, as published on the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or event rules.

winblx reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrectly stated odds or prices, software errors, communication errors, or any other error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player Account.

In the event of any dispute relating to a wager, game outcome, account transaction, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you must contact winblx's customer support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event occurring. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

winblx will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. The decision of winblx's compliance team on disputed matters is final and binding, subject to any applicable escalation procedure under the terms of winblx's operating licence.

10 Responsible Gambling

winblx is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we provide tools to help players manage their activity. All responsible gambling tools are accessible from your account settings at no cost.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum permissible loss amount over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a defined play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days is available for players who wish to take a short break.

winblx strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. We will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an account on the Platform. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the winblx Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, user interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, brand names, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winblx or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of winblx.

Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide to winblx regarding the Platform may be used by winblx without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winblx and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if winblx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

winblx's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winblx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

13 Privacy & Data Processing

winblx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by winblx is used for the following principal purposes: account management and authentication; payment processing and fraud prevention; KYC identity verification and AML compliance; customer support; and the delivery of promotional communications where you have provided appropriate consent.

winblx does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game software providers — strictly as necessary to deliver Platform services.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winblx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, winblx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. Requests to close an account should be directed to our support team.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winblx holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winblx's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated by the Malaysian government, and that no Malaysian court or regulatory body has jurisdiction over winblx's operations. Players participate at their own risk and in accordance with their own understanding of applicable local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
